SANILLC is seeking a meticulous and detail-driven Billing Specialist to join our finance team in Al Rayyan. This role is essential in ensuring accurate invoicing, efficient billing operations, and seamless coordination with clients and internal departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Verify billing data, contracts, and service records to ensure correctness
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries professionally
- Maintain up-to-date billing records and documentation
- Coordinate with finance, sales, and operations teams for billing accuracy
- Monitor accounts to ensure proper billing cycles and revenue tracking
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable roles
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in service-based or project-based industries
- Familiarity with VAT regulations and billing compliance in Qatar
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently
