We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented to join our team as an Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office correspondence, including emails, calls, and documents.

Handle scheduling, meetings, and appointment coordination.

Assist in preparing reports, memos, and official letters.

Maintain and organize office files and records.

Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Fluent English (written & spoken).

Previous experience in administration or office management preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
