Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer invoices and billing documents accurately and timely
  • Ensure billing is processed as per company policies and approved documents
  • Verify quantities, prices, and supporting documents before invoicing
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments regarding billing matters
  • Maintain proper filing and records of invoices and related documents
  • Assist in resolving basic billing discrepancies
  • Perform other clerical and administrative tasks related to billing operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce / Accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing procedures.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
  • ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle routine tasks efficiently.
  • Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience may apply.
