Job Responsibilities
- Prepare customer invoices and billing documents accurately and timely
- Ensure billing is processed as per company policies and approved documents
- Verify quantities, prices, and supporting documents before invoicing
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts departments regarding billing matters
- Maintain proper filing and records of invoices and related documents
- Assist in resolving basic billing discrepancies
- Perform other clerical and administrative tasks related to billing operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce / Accounting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing procedures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and computer operations.
- ERP knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle routine tasks efficiently.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience may apply.
