Prepare and serve premium coffee and beverages with expert-level skills.
Supervise and train baristas to maintain consistency and quality.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
Monitor and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper functioning.
Manage inventory and order coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
Create and update beverage menus, introducing new drinks.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure health and safety compliance.
Lead and motivate the team, scheduling shifts and delegating tasks.
Work closely with management to improve operations and sales.
Skills:
Advanced coffee-making and latte art skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to train and mentor junior baristas.
Inventory management and ordering experience.
Problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
