Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining relationships with U.S. contracting officers and DoD contractors.
Conducting competitor analysis and attending industry events and exhibitions.
Leading and mentoring employees, fostering accountability, and ensuring workforce development.
Developing partnerships, managing budgets, and improving profitability.
Overseeing recruitment, organizational structures, and manpower planning.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Supportingstrategic planningand drivingcompany growththrough effective execution of operational strategies.
Collaborating with the Proposal Team to provide cost structures and negotiate supplier contracts.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and key data.
Analysing vendor options to evaluate supply and pricing strategies.
Ensuring quality, service, and operational efficiency standards are met across the organization is part of your role as General Manager, cultivating a culture of excellence.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 Years of experience.
Experience in planning and budgeting.
Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability
Excellentcommunicationand negotiation skills.
Problem-solvingaptitude.
Able to manage multiple projects to completion in changing situations.
Identifies opportunities and generates recommendations.
