Duties & Responsibilities

You will coordinate the collection of debts from creditors, ensuring that clients pay in the time/manner established by the company and reducing bad debts.
You will negotiate payment plans with clients, establishing specific conditions.
You will attend to and resolve internal and external queries associated with overdue/pending invoices from corporate clients.
You will constantly monitor debts against credit limits to reduce exposure.
You will correct payment incidents, in addition to other administrative tasks inherent to the position.
Job Experience
Training You have studies related to Administration and Finance or similar.
Administrative experience You bring experience in roles associated with collections management and/or administrative billing.
Responsibility and autonomy You consider yourself resourceful, you like to add value and you feel comfortable with back office tasks, working in an organized manner.
Communication You feel comfortable dealing with clients and speak English fluently, making you an excellent communicator.
