Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, providing product information, facilitating order placement, and resolving any issues that may arise. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Qualifications
Account Management, Client Relations, and Customer Service skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client inquiries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a must
Arabic speaker is a requirement
