Applications are invited from suitably qualified & experienced candidates to join our team as Commis 3- Bakery. The key duties & responsibilities of this position include,
Prepare all food in the highest quality and present it in the best appetizing manner, and dispense food only against valid docket.
Prepare breads and pastries, including preparing doughs and fillings, proofing, baking, and decorating as appropriate. Review the production sheet to understand variety of baked goods to be produced daily.
Extensive knowledge & experience in Catering
Proficient with local rules and regulations involving health and safety & HACCP
Have strong organizational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
Excellent team management, communication, and listening skills
Degree / Diploma in Culinary
2-3year experience in the similar position or related professional area
Ability to work independently as a member of a team with minimal supervision available to join immediately preferably located in UAE
