We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. If you have prior administrative experience in the UAE and are adept at supporting office operations and teams, we invite you to apply!

This position is open to immediate joiners only.

Office Hours:

09:00 AM – 06:00 PM : Monday to Thursday

09:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Friday

Saturday and Sunday – Day Off

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them as necessary.
Perform data entry, file management, and maintain organized records.
Coordinate with various departments to support project needs and deadlines.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory and manage office equipment.
Handle insurance-related work, including understanding and following insurance procedures.
Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and tidy reception area at all times.
Manage and track office deliveries, mail, and packages.
Assist with other receptionist-related duties as needed to support the office.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Admin Assistant or Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role within the UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Professional and proactive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Able to start immediately.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration or a related field is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role in the UAE.
