Bike Rider Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Bike Rider to join our delivery team. The Bike Rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver orders to customers safely and efficiently
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules
- Ensure timely delivery of all orders
- Maintain the motorcycle in good condition
- Follow traffic laws and company safety regulations
- Handle cash payments and maintain accurate records when required
- Communicate with customers and the operations team professionally
- Report any delivery issues, accidents, or delays immediately
Requirements:
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving license
- Good knowledge of roads and locations
- Ability to use mobile applications and GPS navigation
- Good communication skills
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
- Previous delivery experience is preferred
