Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Solution Development:
o Design, develop, and deploy AI models and systems tailored to business requirements.
o Customize and integrate open source AI frameworks into our existing infrastructure.
o Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize AI solutions for performance and scalability.
· Installation & Configuration:
o Lead the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of open source AI tools and platforms.
o Develop best practices and documentation for the deployment and integration of AI systems.
o Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
· Research & Innovation:
o Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in AI and open source software.
o Evaluate new technologies and frameworks to enhance current AI initiatives.
o Participate in R&D to prototype and experiment with innovative AI approaches.
· Collaboration & Support:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
o Provide technical support and mentorship to team members on open source AI tools and practices.
o Engage with the open source community to contribute to and learn from collaborative projects.
· Security & Compliance:
o Ensure all AI implementations meet security, compliance, and ethical standards.
o Develop and implement strategies for safeguarding data and AI systems against potential threats.
Qualifications:
· Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
o Proven experience (1+ years) in developing and deploying AI solutions, with a strong portfolio of projects.
o Demonstrable expertise in open source AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Apache Mahout, etc.).
· Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or JavaScript.
o Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
o Experience with containerization, orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
o Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
· Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
o Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
o Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to mentor others.

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
