We are currently looking for CFO who understands the investment logic in MENA, has a proven track record of working with funds and family offices and successfully closing investment deals in the region.
The main task is to build a financing strategy minimising dilution of stakes and find optimal sources of capital.
What will you do?
Lead equity and debt fundraising efforts, securing capital from VCs, private equity firms, and strategic investors.
Leverage an extensive network of investors, banks, and financial institutions to attract funding.
Develop and present compelling investment cases, financial models, and pitch decks.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring transparency and trust.
Negotiate term sheets, equity structures, and financing agreements.
Design and execute financial strategies that drive profitability while maintaining agility in a competitive market.
Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to optimize business decision-making.
