Responsibilities

Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives.

Follow up and study invitations from clients.

Follow up the Tendring pipeline and meet the bidding calendar in cooperation with all stakeholders.

Read, analyze, and summarize new floated RFPs.

Manage the tender submission through its entire life cycle.

Perform the pricing of FM tenders (private & public sectors) and prepare the commercial submissions accordingly.

Ensure tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by clients.

Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Check and approve Pre-Qualification Forms before submission.

Ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of tender documents with company standards, client requirements, and legal/regulatory guidelines (Quality Assurance).

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Background experience in operation and maintenance companies in KSA.

Familiarity with Etimad, SAP Ariba, and other portals.

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and great follow-up skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
