About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading international professional development organisation that delivers world-class executive learning, leadership programmes, and corporate education solutions. As the business continues to expand across the region, they are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid and proposal process for strategic opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity qualification through to submission.
- Lead the planning, coordination, writing, and delivery of high-quality, compliant proposals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, commercial teams, and senior stakeholders to develop compelling bid responses.
- Create persuasive content that clearly articulates the organisation's value proposition.
- Ensure all submissions are delivered accurately and within strict deadlines.
- Maintain and enhance bid content, templates, and knowledge libraries.
- Coordinate bid reviews and governance processes to maximise win rates.
- Analyse bid outcomes and implement continuous improvements to proposal quality and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in bid management, proposal management, or tender management.
- Strong experience managing complex bids or RFP responses.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
- Experience within education, professional services, consulting, training, or a knowledge-led organisation is advantageous.
