Job Purpose:

The Beneficiary Experience Consultant is responsible for enhancing and improving the beneficiary experience across all digital and non-digital channels while ensuring compliance with Digital Government Authority (DGA) standards and global best practices in user experience (UX) and government service design.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessing and Analyzing Beneficiary Experience:

Conduct beneficiary journey mapping and experience analysis.

Utilize user data and surveys to identify challenges and improve touchpoints.

Provide periodic analytical reports on digital channel performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Designing and Improving Beneficiary Experience:

Apply DGA standards to enhance the government sector’s beneficiary experience.

Develop strategies to improve accessibility and usability of digital services.

Collaborate with technical and design teams to enhance user interfaces and user experience.

Managing Projects and Initiatives:

Lead beneficiary experience improvement projects following global best practices.

Work with various departments to ensure a seamless digital experience across all channels.

Oversee the implementation of digital transformation initiatives and beneficiary satisfaction enhancement programs.

Ensuring Compliance and Quality:

Ensure all improvements align with DGA standards and government digital policies.

Conduct usability testing and recommend necessary enhancements.

Implement digital accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity of services for all users.

Training and Awareness:

Conduct workshops and training programs for internal teams on beneficiary experience.

Develop user guides and educational materials to maximize service utilization.

Promote a beneficiary-centered culture within the organization.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, User Experience, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in beneficiary experience, user experience (UX), or digital service improvement.

Deep understanding of DGA standards and best practices in government digital user experience.

Proficiency in UX analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, UXPin, etc.

Experience in service design and data analysis.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams.
