Bellman/Concierge Jobs in Dubai at Enhance ODLS
What you will do:
Guest Room Cleaning:
Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing towels, linens, and amenities.
Ensure that all room features are in working order, such as lights, air conditioning, and appliances.
Replace used linens, towels, and toiletries, ensuring that rooms are properly stocked and ready for the next guest.
Public Area Maintenance:
Clean and maintain public spaces, including the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and elevators, ensuring they are neat, clean, and well-organized.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust high-traffic areas, making sure these spaces are welcoming and presentable at all times.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage supplies in your designated areas, reporting any shortages of linens, towels, or cleaning materials to the housekeeping supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, ensuring they are properly stocked and ready for use.
Guest Requests:
Respond to special guest requests for additional amenities, such as extra towels, pillows, or room cleaning, in a timely and friendly manner.
Report any guest complaints or maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor promptly.
Required Qualification:
Minimum 6 months to one year of experience
