### *Job Title: Site Engineer – Villas & Warehouses*
*Location:* Umm Al Quwain, UAE
*Employment Type:* Full-time
### *Job Description:*
We are looking for a *Site Engineer* to manage on-site operations for *villa and warehouse construction projects* in Umm Al Quwain. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and municipal authorities.
### *Key Responsibilities:*
– Supervise and manage the *construction of warehouses and villas*, ensuring work is completed as per the approved drawings and specifications.
– Coordinate with *subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers* to ensure smooth workflow.
– Ensure strict *compliance with UAE building codes and municipal regulations*.
– Monitor and control the *quality of construction materials and workmanship*.
– Prepare and maintain daily *site progress reports, material logs, and work schedules*.
– Assist in obtaining *municipal approvals, inspections, and site handovers*.
– Ensure compliance with *safety standards and regulations* at the construction site.
– Identify and resolve any on-site *technical and operational issues*.
### *Requirements:*
– *Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering* or a related field.
– *Valid Engineer Card* issued in the UAE.
– Minimum *3+ years of experience* in site engineering, preferably in *villa and warehouse construction*.
– Strong understanding of *municipality requirements, inspections, and approval processes*.
– Ability to read and interpret *architectural and structural drawings*.
– Proficiency in *English* (spoken & written); Arabic is an advantage.
– *UAE driving license* is preferred.
