Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and experienced Female Arabic Beauty Therapist to join our wellness center. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in facial treatments, skincare, and derma-related beauty procedures, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality facial and skincare treatments, understanding clients’ skin concerns, recommending suitable treatments, and ensuring a professional and relaxing client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, brightening, acne, and sensitive skin facials.
- Perform approved derma and advanced skincare treatments according to the center’s protocols and scope of practice.
- Conduct skin analysis and assess clients’ skincare needs.
- Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on the client’s skin type and condition.
- Provide professional consultations and explain treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions.
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely, hygienically, and according to approved procedures.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sterilization of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and infection-control procedures.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and update treatment details when required.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Promote suitable skincare treatments and products when appropriate.
- Handle client questions and concerns professionally.
- Ensure the treatment room is clean, organized, and fully prepared before and after each treatment.
- Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other team members when required.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Requirements
- Female Arabic candidate.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, Facial Therapist, or Skin Therapist in uae
- Strong experience in facial treatments and advanced skincare procedures.
- Experience with derma and skin-related treatments is preferred.
- Knowledge of different skin types and common skin concerns.
- Good knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant beauty therapy or skincare certification is preferred.
- Experience in a wellness center, medical spa, dermatology clinic, or beauty center is an advantage.
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- beauty therapist license DHA / SHA (Required)
