Clinica Nefertiti is looking for an experienced and highly professional Beauty Therapist to join our aesthetics and wellness team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of advanced skincare, facial treatments and non-invasive aesthetic technologies, together with an exceptional understanding of client care and luxury service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional skin consultations and assessments
- Recommend personalized skincare and treatment plans based on individual skin concerns and goals
- Perform advanced facial and skincare treatments within the approved scope of practice
- Perform HydraFacial and deep-cleansing facial treatments
- Perform superficial chemical peels and skin resurfacing treatments
- Perform microdermabrasion
- Perform microneedling treatments within the permitted scope
- Provide treatments for skin rejuvenation, hydration, texture and pigmentation concerns
- Perform blackhead and comedone extraction
- Operate approved non-invasive aesthetic and body-contouring devices
- Perform body shaping and cellulite-reduction treatments using approved technologies
- Provide appropriate pre-treatment and post-treatment guidance
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate treatment records
- Recommend suitable professional skincare products and home-care routines
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and materials according to hygiene and infection-control standards
- Ensure a consistently premium and personalized client experience
- Work closely with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians and the wider clinical team
- Stay updated with skincare techniques, aesthetic technologies and treatment protocols
- Ensure all treatments are performed according to DHA regulations and the clinic’s approved scope of practice
Requirements
- Recognized qualification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics or Cosmetology
- Valid DHA license/registration or eligibility appropriate for the Beauty Therapist role
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Proven hands-on experience with advanced facial and skincare treatments
- Strong knowledge of different skin types and common cosmetic skin concerns
- Experience with HydraFacial, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and skin rejuvenation treatments
- Experience operating professional aesthetic devices
- Excellent hygiene and infection-control practices
- Strong consultation and client communication skills
- Professional, polished and well-presented
- Fluent professional English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a premium aesthetic, dermatology or wellness clinic
- UAE experience
- Experience with advanced facial technologies and skin-analysis devices
- Experience with body contouring and non-invasive aesthetic technologies
- Additional certifications in advanced skincare or aesthetic treatments
- Strong product knowledge and ability to recommend appropriate home-care routines
- Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
