Job Title: Beauty Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality beauty treatments while delivering excellent customer service and creating a relaxing experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Perform a range of beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments
- Apply makeup for special occasions and everyday looks
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment at all times
- Keep accurate client records, including treatment history and any allergies or sensitivities
- Recommend and promote skincare and beauty products
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout all services
- Handle appointments, inquiries, and payments when required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or similar role
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology
- Knowledge of skincare treatments, beauty products, and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced treatments (e.g., laser hair removal, chemical peels)
- Sales experience in beauty or retail products
