Beauty & Skincare E-Commerce Specialist – Snoonu & Rafeeq
We are looking for a Female E-Commerce Specialist to manage and promote beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and vitamins products on Snoonu and Rafeeq platforms in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update products on Snoonu and Rafeeq.
- Add product names, descriptions, prices, images, and promotions.
- Process and follow up on customer orders.
- Monitor inventory and product availability.
- Follow up on sales and improve product performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Create and manage offers and promotions.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams.
- Monitor competitors and market prices.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Previous experience with Snoonu, Rafeeq, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Good knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and vitamins products.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and e-commerce skills.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in Qatar is preferred.
