Beauty Project Officer

At Boutiqaat, we are looking for a Beauty Project Officer who can transform creative ideas into real beauty products from concept to launch.
In this role, you will work closely with celebrities and cross-functional teams to shape, test, and refine beauty products that reflect both brand identity and market expectations. If you have a strong understanding of cosmetics and love turning ideas into tangible products, this opportunity is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with celebrity partners to understand their vision, preferences, and product expectations.
- Discuss and review potential ingredients, textures, and product characteristics based on market trends and brand positioning.
- Support the development of product concepts that align with the celebrity’s brand identity and target audience.
- Ensure concepts are clearly documented and communicated to internal teams for development.
- Coordinate with product development and production teams to request samples based on approved concepts.
- Conduct preliminary product reviews to evaluate quality and alignment with the intended concept.
- Present samples to celebrity partners, gather feedback, and manage revisions until the formula and characteristics are finalized.
- Work closely with multiple departments to keep product development aligned with timelines and objectives.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and celebrity partners to ensure smooth project progress.
- Track development updates, approvals, and feedback throughout the process.
- Coordinate with design and packaging teams to ensure packaging reflects the product identity.
- Support final alignment between celebrity partners and internal teams on all launch elements.
- Assist with final product verification before moving to the official launch stage.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry with exposure to product development or brand activities.
- Previous experience as a makeup artist is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Native Arabic and professional English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics, beauty products, ingredients, and textures.
- Excellent coordination and project management abilities.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with celebrities and internal teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage samples, feedback cycles, and timelines.
- Ability to analyze product concepts and provide structured feedback for improvement.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the curiosity to identify product opportunities and innovations.
