Responsibilities
– Greet customers and assist them in finding the right beauty products for their needs
– Demonstrate and recommend products to customers, explaining their benefits and application techniques
– Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
– Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
– Achieve personal and store sales targets
– Provide exceptional customer service
– Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay updated on new products
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Prior experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry
– Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques
– Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Sales-driven and results-oriented
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
– Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
– Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
– Fluency in English and Arabic
