Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional beauty consultations and product recommendations

- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends
- Ensure attractive product displays and proper stock handling
- Support store operations and follow brand standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in retail sales is preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare and beauty products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
- Presentable, confident, and professional appearance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
