Responsibilities:
LLM Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of natural language model solutions integrated seamlessly across all application functionalities.
Integration: Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to ensure smooth integration of language models with various application features.
Performance Optimization: Optimize language models for accuracy, speed, and efficiency to meet user demands.
Security Implementation: Ensure data privacy and security during data processing and model training.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain model code quality.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation on model architecture, training processes, and deployment strategies.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Implement RAG techniques to improve the quality and relevance of generated content.
Vector Databases: Design and manage vector databases for efficient storage and retrieval of embeddings.
User Experience: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the AI assistant provides a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Team Lead: Lead the tech team and oversee AI/LLM integration.
Required Skills:
NLP & ML Models: Advanced understanding of natural language processing, including large language models, transformers, embeddings, and fine-tuning techniques.
LLM API’s: Expertise in working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, and Llama3.
Langchain & Langgraph: Proven experience with Langchain and Langgraph for developing and deploying LLM applications and LLM orchestrators.
Data Management: Proficiency in data preprocessing, annotation, and augmentation to develop high-quality training datasets.
Backend Integration: Knowledge of RESTful APIs and experience integrating machine learning models with backend systems.
Performance Tuning: Proven experience in optimizing model performance, training speed, and inference efficiency.
Testing & Validation: Strong skills in evaluating and validating models using various metrics and test datasets.
CI/CD & Deployment: Familiarity with CI/CD tools, MLOps pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP for model deployment.
Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Experience implementing RAG techniques to enhance the relevance and quality of generated content.
Vector Databases: Expertise in designing and managing vector databases for efficient embedding storage and retrieval.
