Aldar Hospitality’s Kai Beach is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas at the beach club. Lead the stewarding team to ensure food safety, efficient dishwashing, and proper sanitation.
You will supervise daily activities, enforce HACCP standards, inspect storage areas, and coordinate with kitchen and F&B teams to maintain smooth service during events and peak periods.
