What You’ll Do
Shape the digital transformation of leading organizations by planning, launching, and executing IT projects with public sector clients.
Manage internal and external teams, combining industry and IT expertise with agile project management to design and scale technology transformation strategies.
Coordinate teams, lead discussions with top management, and provide insights based on current market trends during IT function assessments and optimizations.
Work with major energy players across market segments, supporting their digital and IT transformation journeys.
Our Expert Consulting Track
The ECT develops deep technical expertise, delivering impact on complex client challenges, developing thought leadership, and building intellectual property. Experts come from diverse backgrounds, including industry, academia, or specialized consulting, working as part of multidisciplinary teams.
What You’ll Bring
A degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, or related fields with high academic achievement.
6-8 years of relevant IT consulting experience, especially in operational and strategic transformation projects.
Experience in the Oil & Gas and broader energy sectors.
Proven leadership in project teams, including client-side management.
Strong resource planning and motivational leadership skills.
Knowledge of all stages of developing successful IT organizations and processes.
Ability to plan IT initiatives and develop solid business cases.
Fluent in English, capable of understanding and communicating complex topics.
