About the Job
An opportunity has risen at Saadiyat Beach Club for Bartender. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while delivering a high standard of service in a vibrant beachfront environment. This role ensures quality, consistency, and efficiency in beverage preparation, while creating a positive and engaging guest experience
.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks
- Take and process beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to guests
- Interact with guests, make recommendations, and promote signature beverages
- Courteously handle guest inquiries and feedback
- Set up and maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
- Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of replenishment needs
- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredients
- Process orders through POS systems accurately
- Handle cash and billing procedures in line with company policies
- Follow responsible service of alcohol guidelines and local regulations
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
- Ensure proper use and care of bar equipment
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly

The ideal candidate for this position will display the following attributes
- High school diploma or hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender, preferably in a beach club, resort, or high-volume environment
- Knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and basic mixology techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic mixology and beverage knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Team player with a positive attitube
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
