Job Summary
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages according to company standards while providing excellent guest service. This role ensures efficient bar operations, maintains product quality, and contributes to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages to management.
- Ensure accurate order taking, billing, and cash handling procedures.
- Verify guest age and comply with all applicable alcohol service regulations.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily bar operations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail recipes, and bar operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar equipment.
