About the Role
The Ned Doha is looking for a talented, energetic, and guest‑focused Bartender / Barista to join our Food & Beverage team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, coffees, and specialty beverages with consistency and creativity.
- Deliver warm, friendly, and personalized service to guests.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar and coffee station.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently recommend beverages to guests.
- Support the team during busy operations while maintaining excellent service standards.
About You
- Previous experience as a Bartender and Barista in a luxury hotel, upscale café, restaurant, or bar environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, coffee preparation, and beverage presentation.
- Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Well‑groomed, energetic, and team‑oriented personality.
