Position: Bartender (Azure Beach)
Opening in 2023, Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Waterpark attraction.
The Icon Tower is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.
This position requires more than just preparing and serving drinks. Must have a passion for mixology, the art and science of creating innovative beverages like cocktails, mocktails, and blended drinks with new or uncommon ingredients. A beverage enthusiast, refine and showcase the craft of creating cocktails, mocktails, and blending drinks.

What you will be doing :
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
Assist guests regarding all food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way
Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
Interact with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and hot and cold drinks
Assess bar customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Your experience and skills include :
High School Diploma
Food Safety Certificate
Previous barista experience is preferred
Excellent knowledge of all beverage products
Point-of-sale system experience is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
