Join Our Team: Telecaller (Female)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote services.
Generated leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions and transactions.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department.
Meet weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all conversations.
Requirements & Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam or regional languages.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
