Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests.
- Create and recommend cocktails, ensuring proper food and drink pairings.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, garnishes, and proper mise‑en‑place.
- Manage stock, perform inventory checks, and control costs efficiently.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Promote up‑selling and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure a smooth and professional service in line with the establishment’s standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high‑volume or luxury setting.
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Creativity in developing new cocktails and beverage offerings.
