Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the coffee shop and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the barista team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize product waste.
- Ensure the availability of coffee beans, ingredients, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Maintain high standards of beverage quality, food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Prepare daily operational reports and monitor sales performance and team productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with management to improve operational performance and service quality.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, coffee shop operations, or barista roles.
Previous supervisory experience in a café or coffee shop is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to manage inventory, daily operations, and operational reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operational standards.
