Job Title: Barista
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
- Manage stock of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is an advantage.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ﷼1,500.00 – ﷼2,000.00 per month
