We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a Barista you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers.
Requirements
- Must be a Filipino national
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to customer preferences and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop including equipment tables and counters
- Assist with stocking supplies and inventory management as needed
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
