Responsibilities
- Making sure that all customers receive a friendly, efficient service when visiting our café.
- Preparing coffee specialities.
- Taking orders accurately.
- Operating cash registers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through polite conversation.
- Keeping the café clean and tidy at all times.
- Assisting with restocking duties as necessary.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista for at least 2 years in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of different coffee recipes is essential.
- Knowledge of food hygiene regulations would be advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work independently while still adhering to company policies.
