*Position Title:** Barista/Cashier **Location:** [SHARJAH, AL MAJAZ3, AL KHAN ST] **Reports To:** Restaurant Manager/Supervisor **Working hours:** 10 Hours **Off Days:** 2 Days/Month **Job Summary:** The Restaurant Barista/Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. The cashier will also assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and checkout areas. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Customer Service:** – Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders. – Answer customer inquiries regarding menu items, prices, and promotions. – Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary. 2. **Cash Handling:** – Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately. – Maintain a balanced cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports. – Issue receipts, refunds, or change to customers. 3. **Order Management:** – Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff. – Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered to customers promptly. 4. **Cleanliness and Organization:** – Keep the checkout area, dining area, and surrounding spaces clean and organized. – Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed. 5. **Team Collaboration:** – Work closely with kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for customers. – Assist with other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor. **Qualifications:** – High school diploma or equivalent. – Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. – Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude. — **Job Description: Sales Associate** **Position Title:** Sales Associate **Location:** [Insert Location] **Reports To:** Store Manager/Supervisor **Job Summary:** The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a positive shopping experience. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,900.00 per month
