Barista (Arabic speaking) Jobs in Dubai at MPC Healthcare

We are looking for an Admin Coordinator Male or Female for a business setup company.

Qualifications:

Demonstrating excellent MS Office Skills
Acquiring good communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Arabic is a plus
Preferably within 1 to 2 years of expereince in the UAE
Minimum qualification is Graduation

Job Description:

Opening a file for clients
Displaying knowledge about the different zones in the UAE.
Arranging employees’ conveyances for client meetings and / or visit purposes.
Demonstrating knowledge about online Portal and Registration
Coordinating with the team an d the accounts department for the payment
Arranging reports delivery
Attending to calls and replying to emails
Arranging meetings
Following up with the clients
Preparing quotations and sending them to the clients
Maintaning Trackers
Working under pressure
Coordinating internally with different departments.

Salary: 3,000 AED to 4,000 AED

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
