Join our non-alcoholic bar team as a Barista and help us deliver outstanding beverages that delight our guests. Whether pulling a perfect espresso or shaking up a tropical mocktail, you will play a key role in making every visit memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of espresso-based coffees and non-dairy alternatives
- Craft mocktails, fresh juices, and specialty cold beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure accurate and consistent recipe execution for all drinks
- Provide warm and attentive customer service throughout service
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols
Requirements
- 1-3 years of barista experience in a cafe or restaurant setting
- Experience making mocktails or non-alcoholic specialty drinks is required
- Strong coffee knowledge including espresso and manual brew methods
- Good communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
