Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our real estate company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing within the real estate industry. This role requires expertise in creating high-quality designs, marketing materials, and engaging video content for social media and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design:
Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, advertisements, and presentations.
Create visually appealing branding elements, ensuring consistency in style and brand identity across all designs.
Develop creative concepts for digital and print marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce eye-catching graphics that align with business goals.
Optimize designs for social media, websites, and advertising platforms.
Video Editing:
Edit and produce engaging real estate videos for listings, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms.
Enhance raw footage by adding motion graphics, transitions, effects, and sound to create professional-quality content.
Create and edit video ads, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube content.
Work with photographers and videographers to edit and refine video content.
Stay updated on design and video trends to create modern and engaging content.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing within the real estate industry.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Experience working in Abu Dhabi with a good understanding of the local real estate market.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality visual content.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of social media trends and how to design content optimized for different platforms.
