Barista Jobs in Fujairah at Dibba Mountain Park and Resort
Responsibilities and Duties:
Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with the drawing
Use computer software (MasterCam X4 or Sprut Cam) to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly.
Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
Ensure products meet design specifications.
Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
Consider tools required to cut materials and program machines accordingly.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening.
Collaborate with engineers and machinists to improve manufacturing processes.
Train new employees on how to properly operate CNC machines and programs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
· 5+ years experience as a CNC Programmer
· Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks).
· Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC controls (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, etc.).
· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
· Knowledge of metal properties, tooling, and machining techniques.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Experience with multi-axis machining (3-, 4-, 5-axis CNC).
· Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process improvement.
· Ability to understand and talk in English.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
