Job Overview
The Mill Restaurant is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in preparing high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized coffee station.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and provide exceptional service.
- Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.
- Support team members during busy service periods.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
- Experience with latte art is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
- Available to join immediately (preferred).
Pay: Up to AED3,500.00 per month
