What you will be doing:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of every beverage served
- Maintain and manage café equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools
- Prepare and maintain mise en place efficiently for smooth service during peak hours
- Follow established recipes and presentation standards while introducing creativity in drink offerings
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in line with HACCP regulations
- Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution across restaurants, banquets, and events
- Handle guest dietary preferences, special requests, and feedback with care and professionalism
- Demonstrate initiative in developing your skills and knowledge of coffee, tea, and café operations under the guidance of senior team members
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience as a Barista in a hotel, café, or fine dining environment
- Certification or training in Barista skills or Hospitality is preferred
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and beverage presentation, with attention to detail and quality
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards within a professional environment
