Description:
This is a full-time role for a Barista at Creamio in Dubai. As a Barista, you will be responsible for food and beverage preparation, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:Brew coffee, espresso, and create various espresso-based drinks.
Customer Service:Greet and assist customers, take orders, make recommendations, and resolve complaints.
Cleanliness and Organization:Maintain clean coffee bar and equipment, wash utensils, and store ingredients properly.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance:Operate and clean coffee machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
Inventory Management:Monitor stock levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
Cash Handling:Process payments accurately and provide receipts.
Teamwork:Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Health and Safety Compliance:Followfood safetystandards and maintain a cleanwork environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:Previous barista or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Skills:Strong customer service,attention to detail, ability to multitask, and basiccash handling.
Knowledge:Understanding of coffee drinks,food safety, and beverage preparation techniques.
Personal Attributes:
Friendly, professional,team-oriented, and goodcommunication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods, work in afast-paced environment, and operate equipment.
