Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Specialty Coffee Barista to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for specialty coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering consistently outstanding beverages and memorable hospitality.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare exceptional espresso-based beverages and manual brew coffee to specialty coffee standards.
- Dial in espresso, calibrate grinders, and maintain consistency throughout daily operations.
- Perform manual brewing methods including V60, Chemex, AeroPress, French Press, and other filter brewing techniques.
- Produce high-quality milk texturing and latte art.
- Share coffee knowledge with customers, including coffee origins, processing methods, tasting notes, and brewing techniques.
- Ensure every guest receives a warm, welcoming, and memorable customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, brewing equipment, and café environment.
- Perform daily cleaning and preventive maintenance of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Follow HACCP food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Work closely with the team to maintain efficient café operations and uphold Coterra Coffee’s quality standards.
