Hiring: Experienced Specialty Barista – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Specialty Barista to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of coffee preparation, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverages.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and extraction techniques.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
- Work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced café environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Barista.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong presentation, and a passion for coffee.
- Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude.
- Availability: Must be available for an in-person interview in Sharjah or Abu Dhabi.
