Barista Jobs in Doha at Grams Restrand
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a café, restaurant, hotel, or specialty coffee shop.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
- Experience operating and maintaining commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders.
- Knowledge of coffee beans, grinding, extraction, and basic brewing methods.
- Ability to prepare hot and cold beverages such as espresso, Americano, latte, cappuccino, mocha, and iced coffee.
- Basic knowledge of milk steaming and latte art is an advantage.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Able to take orders accurately and handle customer requests professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized bar and work area.
- Able to work efficiently during busy periods and handle multiple orders.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Barista certification or formal coffee training is an advantage.
Pay: Up to QAR2,200.00 per month
