Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar, dining area, and equipment.
- Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and pastries.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Answer customer questions and recommend menu items.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
