We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Video/ Photographer & Editor to capture and enhance high-quality Video/images that reflect our brand identity and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Video/ photography, editing, and digital asset management to support marketing, advertising, and corporate initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality Video/ images for company events, products, , and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with various departments (marketing, HR) to understand visual content needs.
Set up and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and backdrops.
Capture images that align with the company’s branding and visual guidelines.
Conduct on-location and studio photography as needed.
Manage and organize an archive of company photographs for easy retrieval and future use.
Editing & Post-Production Duties:
Enhance and retouch Video/images using software like Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut pro Lightroom, and other editing tools.
Apply color correction, cropping, and resizing to optimize images for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials.
Remove imperfections, distractions, and enhance image clarity while maintaining a natural look.
Ensure brand consistency by incorporating company-specific effects, watermarks, and logos.
Meet deadlines and ensure fast turnaround times for edited images.
Additional Responsibilities:
Stay updated with industry trends, photography techniques, and editing software advancements.
Assist in content creation, including video production and editing.
Support with admin tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a professional photographer and editor, with a portfolio.
Proficiency in photography equipment, including DSLRs, lighting setups, and backdrops.
Expertise in editing software.
Strong eye for composition, lighting, and color accuracy.
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity and attention to detail in delivering visually appealing content.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of videography and video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a corporate, marketing, or creative agency setting.
Knowledge of social media image optimization and content creation strategies.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
